JulzandPearl Return and Refund Policy

We appreciate your purchase from JulzandPearl. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items meet our return conditions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • Unwashed and unaltered
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

We regret that we cannot accept returns on sale items, personalized items, or intimate apparel.

Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at info@julzandpearl.com with your order number and reason for return within the specified return window.
  • Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and specific return instructions.
  • Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) along with the return authorization number and ship them to the designated return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Process Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange accordingly. 

Refunds

If eligible, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please specify the desired replacement item when contacting our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request. If the replacement item has a different price, you may be required to pay the difference or receive a refund for the price difference. 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. JulzandPearl is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
